1 c. crushed vanilla wafers (food processor)
1 c. finely chopped pecans (food processor)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1¼ Tbsp. Karo syrup
¼ c. bourbon (can use rum instead)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar or cocoa (or combo). Can also roll in chopped nuts. Cover and chill up to 2 weeks.
