2 lbs lean ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
¾ cup rolled oats
¾ bread crumbs
3 tbsp Heinz 57 sauce
½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup ketchup
1 small can tomato paste
3 tbsp brown sugar
⅓ cup milk
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 2 loaf pans with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix until just combined. Divide mixture between 2 loaf pans.

Cook for about 1 ½ hours., or until internal temperature reaches 160º. Let stand at least 20 minutes before serving.
