Preheat oven to 350º.

roll out crescent sheets (if using crescent dough, pinch together seams). Cut dough into approximately ¼ inch strips. Wrap each small smoked sausage with dough and place on baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes, or until dough starts to brown.
