3-4 chicken breasts, cubed
1 cup corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp vegetable oil
¾ cup barbecue sauce
¾ cup orange marmalade
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. In a large plastic bag, combine flour and garlic powder. Coat chicken in flour mixture. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Drain oil from pan. Add barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce to chicken, stirring to combine. Cook until sauce starts to thicken. Serve with broccoli and rice.
