5-7 lb pork butt
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp pepper
1 ¼ cup cider vinegar
½ cup ketchup
½ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 ½ tbsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp hot sauce
1 ½ tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Place butt in crock pot. Combine salt, white sugar, pepper, vinegar, crushed red pepper, and liquid smoke. Cook on low for 8 hours, or until bone comes out clean. Shred meat. Combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, crushed red pepper, and hot sauce. Pour sauce mixture over shredded meat, stir in, and continue cooking in crock pot until just warmed.
