About ¼ cup vegetable oil
About 2 lbs deer, cubed
About 1 cup flour
1 ½ tsp pepper
½ tsp seasoning salt
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. In a large plastic bag, combine flour, pepper, and seasoning salt. Toss deer in breading, coating each piece. place coated pieces in oil, frying until done. Drain grease. Return skillet to heat, and add water, gravy mix, and soup mix. Stir to combine, and continue stirring occasionally until desired consistency is reached.
