1 12oz bag cranberries
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
Zest from 1 orange
1 cup orange juice
1 cinnamon stick (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugars, orange juice, and zest. Add cinnamon stick and cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium, and continue stirring until berries begin to pop. Continue cooking until the popping slows (about 6-8 minutes). Remove from heat, and remove cinnamon stick. Puree cranberries and liquid mixture. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
