1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. light brown sugar
⅓ c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 t maple extract
1 c. mixed walnuts and pecans, chopped (more or less depending on the size of your pie pan)
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust (rolled)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. Unroll room temperature pie crust and place into large greased or buttered pie pan
3. Pour pecans into pie crust, don't fill to top.
4. Mix all ingredients together well and pour over pecans.
5. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean - approximately 50 minutes.
