2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted
pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
One batch makes about 8 waffles.
Mix ingredients together, don’t over mix batter.
Sprinkle in pecans before closing the waffle iron (if desired).
Cook each waffle for about 4 min.
