- 2 to 3 lbs Ground Beef
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Corn starch
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Soya Sauce
- 4 cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Make Hamburger into meatballs. Spice meat to your taste first (garlic, salt and pepper, onion powder). Place meatballs into boiling water for 2 to 4 minutes, until they float. Combine all other ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil. **Important** Stir continually until thickened, or it will become lumpy!

Add meatballs to sauce. Serve with rice
