2 egg whites
1½ C. g. sugar
5 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn syrup or ¼ tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla on top of a double boiler.
Beat to blend completely.
Place over simmering water and beat constantly for 4 minutes or untill fluffy and mixture holds shape
Remove from hot water, add vanilla and beat another minute

Sufficient to generously fill and frost a 9" layer cake.

Seafoam 7 min - use firmly packed brown sugar for white.

Can sprinkle with coconut or fold in sliced marischio cherries for variation.
