Make chocolate cake in 8" or 9" layers (for 9" you might double the basic recipe and have 4-5 cupcakes)
Directions:
Directions:
Build up a ledge of icing (chocolate) on one layer, place top down on a plate, fill with cherry filling
Put 2nd layer on top.
On top side build up another ledge of icing around the cake,
Fill with cherry pie filling.
Add whipped cream to decorate around the edges.
