1 Navel Orange
1 - 12oz package Fresh Cranberries
1/2 C White Sugar
1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1. Grate 2 tsp (or more if preferred) zest from orange

2. Disgard remaining peel and pith from orange

3. Divide orange into segments (called SUPREME, a way of slicing or cutting).

4. Place orange sections, orange zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; pulse until finely chipped

5. Transfer relish to a bowl and cover; refrigerate to allow flavors to blend, at least 2-hours
