6 lasagna noodles
1 T oil
2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts - 1 pound
1 15 oz container ricotta cheese
1 8 oz pkg mozzarella cheese, 2 cups
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup parsley

Prepare lasagna noodles as directed, drain. I lay them out on waxed paper to cool.
In a skillet heat oil, add chicken, cook about 8 minutes each side till golden and cooked through. Remove chicken to cutting board; let stand 5 min to cool. Slice chicken into long thin strips; set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine cheeses, egg and parsley (1/2 cup). Set aside.

To assemble: Heat oven to 350º I divide the cheese on all strips of lasagna, spread it on the noodle. Then divide the strips of chicken on each noodle, place on end of noodle and roll up.

Pour 1 cup of spaghetti sauce over bottom of casserole dish (flat); place lasagna rollups seam side down, on sauce, pour remaining sauce over center of roll ups; cover lightly with foil; bake 40 min till hot and bubbly.
