3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
¾ c. vegetable oil
¼ c. + 1 T. rice vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
½ t. sugar
4 T. soy sauce
1 t. sesame oil
1 head cabbage
1½ packages ramen noodles
1½ chicken ramen seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken at 350º for 20-25 min. and chop it when cooled. Or you can boil the chicken and shred it. Chop the cabbage and put into a large bowl. Break up ramen noodles and add to cabbage as well as chopped chicken. Mix all other ingredients for the dressing. Pour dressing over the top. Optional toppings include green onions, mandarin oranges, julienne sugar snap peas, slivered almonds, etc. I've also added just a teaspoon of teriyaki sauce to the dressing as well.
