Crust:
1 1/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
2 T honey
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Cake:
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cups sugar
3 med. eggs,well beaten
3 tsp vanilla
1 T lemon juice

Top:
1 pt sour cream
3 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Crust:
Mix all ingredients together and press into a spring pan. Bake in preheated oven 375º for 8 minutes.

Cake:
Beat together with electric beater. Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375º. Cool slightly.
Top with 1 pt your cream whipped with 3 T sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.
Bake at 500º for 5 minutes.
let cool and refrigerate
Serve cold
