1 - (9") deep dish pie shell (this can be graham cracker crust)
7-10 fresh peaches, skinned, pitted, sliced
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 T flour
1/2 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup mocha mix, Baker's cream, or other non-dairy creamer

If making a regular bottom crust, place in a dish, then brush with beaten egg white (this is not needed if making graham cracker crust. Place in a preheated 375º oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Arrange the peach slices over the bottom of the crust, rounding slightly. Combine all of the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour this mixture over the peaches. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature or chill until serving.
