1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 medium onion
Salt and pepper
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. red chili powder
Chili Jalapeno to taste (2 or 3)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sweet basil leaves
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary

Directions:

Brown all ingredients together until meat is done. Put in large kettle with tomato sauce (about 5 cans). Add about a can of sauce at a time as needed. Drop tortillas into sauce one at a time to soften. Then put on a plate. Use a slotted spoon to lift out a spoonful of meat mixture from sauce. Put in the center of tortilla. Add some chopped onion and grated cheese.

Roll up and put in a baking dish. When dish is full of rolled tortillas, pour sauce over top. Add grated cheese (and some chopped onions if desired). Bake at 325º to 350º for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce and chopped olives.
