4 cups flour
2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3/4 tsp sugar
3 tsp yeast
2 1/2 cups warm (100-110º) warm water
3 tsp vegetable oil
Corn Meal
Sauce
Cheese
Other toppings of choice

Directions:
Step 1:
In an electric mixer equipped with a paddle, blend the following ingredients on low speed for 4 minutes.
Flour, milk, sugar, yeast.

Step 2:
Add the following ingredients; blend on low speed for 3 minutes.

Step 3:
Scrape sides and bottom; continue to blend for 10 minutes on medium speed.

Step 4:
Grease pan, generously with shortening; sprinkle with corn meal. Portion batter (approximately 1/2" thickness desired for finished crust) onto pan and proof 20 minutes.

Bake at 325º for 20 minutes in a conventional oven until lightly brown.

Step 5:
Remove from oven; add sauce, cheese, and any other desired condiments to top of crust; bake 10 minutes, remove from oven. (Use sheet pans)
