3 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, diced
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
15 oz. corn
1 c. cheddar cheese
Favorite Rice - Knorrs, Zatarains, Plain White or Brown, cooked

Optional:

Add carrots and celery with the onions. Add peas with the corn.

Directions:
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Scatter chopped onions over top. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spoon cream of chicken soup over top. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. A few minutes before serving, add in cooked rice, corn and cheese. Stir to combine. Serve hot.
