4 cups tomatoes
3/4 cups tomato paste
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms drained (4 oz)
2 lbs cooked cubed veal or hamburger
8 oz wide noodles
1 T oil
1 lb. Mozzarella sliced cheese

Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper in a large skillet, simmer for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and meat to sauce.
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. 15 minutes - Drain - grease a 9" x 12" baking dish or two small ones with oil, put thin layer of meat and sauce in bottom top with noodles then cheese repeat. Top with Parmesan cheese..

Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
