For Marinade:

1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. BBQ sauce honey flavor, or sweet & smokey
1 T. worcestershire sauce
2 t. sesame oil
1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. black pepper
For Kabobs:

2½ lbs beef tip or petite sirloin, cut into 1½" pieces
2 medium zucchini cut into thick rings
8 button mushrooms, halved (unless small, keep whole)
3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow) cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
1 large red onion diced into chunks (about 1 1/4-inch)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
10 wooden skewer sticks soaked in water for at least 30 minutes

Whisk all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Place steak pieces into a gallon size resealable bag. Pour marinade over steak then seal bag while pressing out excess air and massage marinade over steak. Transfer to refrigerator and allow to marinate 8 hours or overnight. Turning bag over occasionally.

Preheat a grill over medium-high heat to about 425º. Skewer marinated meat along with veggies, alternating them on the soaked skewer. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Grill kabobs over med/high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness is reached, rotating every 2 to 3 minutes for even grilling. Let rest for 5 minutes before eating.
