2 lb. chuck roast
1 jar peppercini
Salt and pepper

Green pepper, sliced into strips
Onion, sliced into strips
Swiss or provolone cheese
Horseradish sauce
Deli sandwich rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in slow cooker and generously season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour jar of peppercini with liquid over meat. Cook on low for 8 hours.

When done cooking, shred meat and allow to soak up juices for 15 minutes before serving. Saute onion and green pepper strips in a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook until soft. Set aside. Line deli sandwich bread with cheese and top with warm meat to melt cheese. Serve with sautéd vegetables and horseradish sauce, if desired.
