2.5 lbs ground beef
1 cup onion, minced
1 T garlic pureed
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 lb Zucchini, grated
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T salt
1 T pepper
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, ketchup, worcestershire, salt, pepper, and eggs together well. On a piece of plastic spread meat mixture to an even thickness. Distribute grated swiss and zucchini evenly on meat mixture leaving 1" border clear. Grab plastic and start to roll up like a roulade pulling plastic out of the roll as you go. Put into greased loaf pan and take 1 1/2 - 2 hours
