Turkey giblets (gizzard, liver, heart, neck)
3 eggs (boiled)
½ c flour
1 c cold water
1½ qts broth or water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil giblets in approx. 1½ qts. liquid (broth) until very tender, in medium saucepan, chop very small.
You can use half of chopped giblets in your dressing.
Mix ¼ cup flour with 1 cup cold water separately, pour into boiling broth with giblets stirring until thickened.
Add chopped boiled egg, the eggs will make gravy a golden color.
