2 whole chicken breasts skinless
1/3 cup sake
2 tomatoes cubed
1 can water chestnuts
6-8 mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
Green leaf lettuce
Spinach leaves
1 cup Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Steam chicken in sake or use microwave. Cut chicken into small pieces. Prepare salad with remaining ingredients. Put chicken on top but don't mix. Immediately before serving, pour Yoshida's Stir Fry Sauce over the top of the salad. Mix well. Allow to sit for approximately two minutes - Serve
