3 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 T fresh lime juice, (reserve peel)
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 slices whole wheat bread, broken in pieces
3/4 cup pecans chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, make marinade by mixing together butter-milk, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce. 1 T of paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add chicken, turning to coat; set aside. In blender place whole wheat bread, margarine and remaining 1/2 tsp paprika. Add peel from 1/4 of lime and pecans; blend. Add to bread mixture and stir in sesame seed. Remove chicken from marinade, drain and place in bread mixture, one piece at a time. Arrange chicken in greased shallow pan and bake uncovered at 350º for about 30 minutes or until tender. Garnish with lime slices.
