3 lbs halibut
2 sm cans powdered Parmesan cheese (not the smallest ones) about 1 1/2 cups total
1 cube butter
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt and pepper together. Dip fish fillets in melted butter. Coat with seasoning mixture.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes if fish is thawed, about 50 min frozen.
