1 lb Jumbo shrimp, cooked
1 1/2 cups Yoshida's Classic Red Sweet 'N Sour Sauce
1 box tempura batter mix
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare tempra batter according to directions on box. Pour enough oil in wok or skillet to deep fry shrimp (about 1" deep) and heat. Coat shrimp thoroughly in tempura batter. When oil is hot, place 5-6 coated shrimp in wok and cook until brown (approx. 3 minutes). Remove and set aside on paper towel to drain.

Once all of the shrimp are cooked, drain the oil from the wok or skillet. Pour Yoshida's Class Red Sweet 'N Sour Sauce in the pan and heat over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Add cooked shrimp and coat well. Remove and serve.
