2 parts tomato juice to 1 part sauerkraut juice
Or ¾ c tomato juice to ¼ c sauerkraut juice

Put all ingredients in a pitcher. Pour into 6 to 8 oz glass at each place setting. This is a first course for a banquet or crowd.
