Roast chicken is a fun, easy and delicious recipe. My mother who is an excellent cook taught me this. For those of you who are potato lover's go ahead and add a few to this dish while cooking it. If you like to spice things up!!- add some tabasco sauce or if spice is not for flavor ketchup will be a great substitute.
