BBQ Shrimp Recipe

1 c butter
2 tsp granulated garlic
4 whole bay leaves, crushed into small pieces
2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed into small pieces
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp cayenne
1 tbsp paprika
¾ pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lb whole raw shrimp, thawed/deveined/shell on, prefer 26-31 count

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Put butter in 9x13 glass pan. Melt butter in low oven. Add spices/liquids up to shrimp to butter. Warm up spices in low oven. Once warmed, pull out of oven and let sit for a few hours. Or let sit in off oven for few hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Add shrimp to pan with spice mixture. Toss. Cook about 10 min. Serve warm.

Can increase spices to preference.

Personal Notes:
It is important to let spices meld in warm butter for few hours before adding shrimp and cooking dish.
Can be used as Peel-and Eat shrimp with bread or can be peeled then served over angel hair pasta or grits with sauce. Serve with bread and salad.
