2 lbs ground beef
2 med onions, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
¼ c flour
26 oz pizza sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella
10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, pepper, and onion. Drain. Add flour, stir. Add pizza sauce and stir. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Put into a 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle with 1½ c mozzarella cheese. Unroll pizza crust and place on top. Tuck edges in. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with ½ c mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 425 for 20 min or until brown.
