2 1/2 pound round steak
1 T butter
8 oz cream celery soup
8 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Directions:
Brown round steak in butter in a frying pan.
Place meat in a casserole dish. Mix soups and water; pour over steak, cover and bake in oven 2 1/2 hours at 350º. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Makes 4-6 servings.
