1-2 tsp Old Bay per quart of water
1-2 packet Zattarain's Crawfish, crab, shrimp boil OR 1 bottle of the concentrated liquid
2 lemons, quartered
2 onions, quartered
3-5 bay leaves
12 small new potatoes
1-2 Polish sausage, cut into small pieces
6 ears of corn, broken in half
3 lbs raw, shell-on shrimp
Loaves of french bread

Best to boil outside.
Fill large pot ¾ full with water. Add Old Bay and packet or liquid, onions, bay leaves, and lemons until boiling. Turn off, cover, and let water mix rest for 30 min-hour to meld flavors. Bring water back to boiling, add potatoes and sausage. Cook on medium for 20 min. Add corn, cook an additional 10 min. Add shrimp and cook NO MORE than 3 minutes. Do not overcook shrimp! Drain onto table and serve with crusty bread.

Fun for group. Just cover picnic table with newspaper, dump boil down center of table, have rolls of paper towels and enjoy with cold beer!
