¾ c butter flavored Crisco
1¼ c firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1¾ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat egg into creamed mixture. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix into creamed mixture just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min for chewy cookies. Bake 11-13 min for crisp cookies.
