1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6-10 lb. ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Mix ingredients and sprinkle over ham. Rub in.
Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Pour ½" of water in pan. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 40 minutes more. Thermometer inserted but not touching bone should read 140º.
