2 heads cabbage
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
pepperoni
1 cup long grain rice
2 eggs
1 large V-8
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage.
Combine meats, onion, rice, eggs and seasonings.
Place large spoonful of mixture into cabbage leaf
Roll and insert toothpick
Pour in 1/2 quart water and bring to a boil.
Simmer, covered for another 30 minutes.
Add V-8.

Mom always made these in a large white pot with flowers on it. She would be soo excited when she made these. Mom loved her cabbage rolls... David, not so much.
