Meatballs:
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 C minute rice
1 can tomato soup, undiluted

Sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 can milk

Topping
2 green peppers, sliced thinly
2 onions, sliced thinly

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meatball ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls.

Mix soup and milk. Place half into a 9x13 pan. Place meatballs on top of soup.

Place peppers and onion on top of meatballs.

Pour remaining soup mixture over the meatballs and vegetables.

Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes.
