1 1/2-2 lb round steak
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T flour--more if needed
2 T oil
1 32 oz can tomatoes
1 large onion sliced
1 stalk celery thinly sliced
1 T A -1 sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in serving sized pieces. Coat with flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown meat in hot oil. Pour off excess fat. Place in crockpot, meat and the rest of ingredients. Cover and cook low 6-8 hours til tender. Thicken with flour mixed with about 1/2 cup water.
