16 oz of peanut butter (about 1 ¾ cups)
½ cup butter, room temperature
1 ½ cups brown sugar
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 ½ cups old fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup M&M's (switch for Reese's Pieces)
½ cup cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line 4 cookie sheets with parchment paper
2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy
4. Add oats and baking soda (add cocoa powder here if you want it in). Stir well
5. Mix in chocolate chips and M&Ms
6. Portion out ¼ cup balls and space them 2 inches apart.
7. Bake for 8 minutes, then press down lightly, bake another 4 minutes
8. Let cool on the tray about 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
