1 box elbow macaroni
1 doz eggs
1 red onion, minced
1 bunch of broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup of sliced black olives
1 bag of salad shrimp, cooked
1 cup mayonnaise (a good starting point)
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp curry*

Cook macaroni according to directions. Gently boil eggs, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat, run cool water over eggs in sink, peel and chop. Prepare remaining vegetables, them mix all ingredients in a large bowl first, then add mayonnaise last. NOTE: use curry powder sparingly! It is the secret to this dish, but it can wreck it with too much.

I split this recipe off from Mom's Macaroni salad...because it is both tasty and colorful, and in a lane of it's own. Janet's influence is all over this recipe! The Inverso's were celebrating the twin's (Christopher & Bonnie) birthday.
