4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, heat blueberries over medium heat until they release their juices & soften (about 7-9 minutes)
2. In a separate bowl, whisk sugar, cornstarch & salt
3. Once your blueberries have cooked, pour in dry mixture and thoroughly combine
4. Heat & stir constantly until mix thickens, 2-3 minutes
5. Transfer to glass container and let cook in refrigerator.

You can use any berries in place of blueberries.
Lemon zest is also a nice addition
