1 cup Ketchup
⅓ cup worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder (½ to ¾ if you want it milder)
dash salt
dash garlic powder
dash tabasco sauce
1 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Peel the membrane of rack of ribs. Cut into desired sizes, example: 3 ribs per piece. Place in covered roasting pan. Bake in oven for ½ hour.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a large microwavable bowl, mix together ketchup, worcestershire sauce, spices, tabasco and water. Bring these ingredients to a boil in microwave. Set aside.

After the ½ hour, take ribs out of oven and pour out fat from roasting pan. Turn down oven heat to 350ºF. Pour prepared sauce over ribs and bake for 1 hour or until ribs are tender and sauce is thickened. Every 20 minutes, turn ribs and spoon sauce over them.
