2 cups buttermilk
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Process buttermilk and cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Add mayonnaise and seasonings and process until well blended. Makes 1 ½ quarts.

Variations:
1000 Island: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Add ¼ cup no-sugar catsup. Blend. Stir in 3 tbsp. chopped dill pickle.

Cucumber: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Add 2 peeled and sliced cucumbers and blend well.

Herb: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Stir in 1 tsp. each of minced parsley, tarragon, watercress, chervil, chives and basil.

Russian: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Add 2 tbsp. no-sugar chili sauce, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Process until well blended.

Onion: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Add 1 medium onion - peeled and chopped. Blend well.

Horseradish: Decrease garlic to 1 tsp. Add 2 tbsp. horseradish. Blend well.
