Sweet Potatoes


Ingredients:

6 Sweet Potatoes
1/8 -Cub Kahlua or more to taste
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Brown Sugar or more to taste

Directions:
Bake and peel sweet potatoes or cut sweet potatoes in pieces and boil until al dente. Mash potatoes and mix with butter and brown sugar, add Kahlua to taste (but not too much as potatoes will get runny).
 

Crumb Topping


Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Softened Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine the flour, brown sugar, butter and salt in a medium bowl until it forms crumbs. Stir in pecans. Spread the mixture over the top of the sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
