3 cups flour
2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1 package yeast or 1 T. yeast
1 1/3 cups warm water
3 T. vegetable or olive oil
2 T. parmesan cheese
2 T. dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water and 2 T. oil. Knead until smooth. Place in bowl and let rise for 45 minutes. Punch down and press dough out into greased jelly roll pan. Make dents in dough with fingers and brush with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary and parmesan on top.
Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.

This is a tasty bread, good with soup, pasta or to make grilled sandwiches. You can sub other herbs for the rosemary or top with sautéed onions and mushrooms.
We like to dip it in Italian butter- olive oil mixed with fresh ground pepper, coarse salt and herb mixed together.
This may also be used as homemade pizza crust.
