1 c. flour
½ butter (softened)
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8-oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk
1 chocolate bar, grated

Directions:
Mix together flour, butter and pecans until crumb like. Press into the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan and bake until golden brown (350° for 15-20 minutes). Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and half of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix pudding mixes with milk until smooth and thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Spread remaining Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with grated chocolate bar

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
