4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni (cook according to directions)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french cut green string beans (drained)
1 can water chestnuts - drained and cut into small pieces
1 cup mayonnaise or 8 oz. sour cream

Topping: 1 stick Ritz crackers (or similar), 1/2 stick margarine (or butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken (or cook in water on stove) until done - cool and break apart. Mix chicken with the other ingredients. Put into greased baking dish. Crush one (1) stick Ritz (or similar) crackers and put on top of chicken mixture. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and drizzle over crackers.

Bake: 350º - 30 minutes (or until thoroughly heated through)
