1⅓ c. Sweetened shredded coconut
1/3 c. Sugar
2 T. Flour, all-purpose
1/8 t. Salt
2 large egg whites
1/2 t. Vanilla extract

1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla; mix well.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 325º for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Melt chocolate chips and dip cookies halfway in chocolate.
